	1.	Assumption of Risk & Injury Release
I understand that this free Creative Flow Run Club event involves physical activity, uneven terrain, weather exposure, and other inherent risks. I participate voluntarily, in good health, and assume all risks. I release and hold harmless SweatPals, Creative Flow Run Club (and venue), organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims—whether due to their negligence or otherwise—for injuries, illness, or property damage.
	2.	Media Use Consent
I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant permission to use my likeness in any event photos or videos for marketing, social media, promotional, or similar purposes—worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual. I waive any right to inspect or approve finished media and release the event organizers from any claims related to media use  ￼ ￼.
	3.	Medical Authorization & Information
I authorize event personnel to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary and consent to share relevant medical information (e.g. allergies, injuries) with providers for safe care. I understand all medical costs are my responsibility  ￼.
	4.	Minor Participants
If the participant is under 18, a parent/guardian must provide consent as well.
