Get ready for the most fun, festive, fitness-packed event of the holiday season. **Jollypalooza** is a full-day celebration of movement, community, and good vibes kicking off with a 5K run and ending with a project X pool party you’ll talk about all winter.

Hosted at **Flow Brickell**, this event brings together Nameless Run Club, Girls Gone Social, and Get Lost Miami for a holiday wellness experience unlike anything Miami has seen.

A scenic, social-paced route. (Optional walk route available.)

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in Jollypalooza — including but not limited to the 5K run, walking routes, fitness classes, yoga, pilates, pool pilates, cold plunges, sauna use, contrast therapy, B12/NAD+ services, massage, chiropractic services, competitions, games, swimming, and all other event activities — I acknowledge and fully understand that participation involves inherent and voluntary risks including, but not limited to:

slips, trips, falls, collisions, or accidents

extreme heat, dehydration, cold exposure, or weather conditions

muscle strain, injury, or medical complications

risks associated with water activities, saunas, and cold plunges

risks associated with physical exertion

contact with other participants

risks related to consuming food, drinks, or supplementation

risks associated with participating in a high-energy public event

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

• Get Lost Runners / Get Lost Miami
• Girls Gone Social Miami
• Flow Brickell (venue, owners, and management)
• All event sponsors, partners, collaborators, employees, staff, volunteers, and contractors

from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, property damage, or death that may occur while participating in or attending the event — whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

MEDICAL CONSENT

I certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. I assume all medical risks and agree that:

Event organizers are not responsible for providing medical care.

I authorize emergency medical treatment if needed.

I am solely responsible for any medical costs incurred.

WAIVER REGARDING ALCOHOL, SUPPLEMENTS & SAMPLING

I understand that the event may include free samples of drinks, supplements, food items, and wellness services.
I acknowledge that:

I must make my own decisions about what I consume.

I am solely responsible for any reactions or side effects.

I release all listed parties from liability related to consumption.

PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission to Nameless Run Club, Girls Gone Social Miami, Get Lost Miami, Flow Brickell, and all event partners to use event photos, videos, and media of me for promotional purposes without compensation.

PROPERTY & PERSONAL ITEMS

I understand the event is in a public venue and I am responsible for securing my own belongings.
Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all listed parties from any claims made by third parties as a result of my actions during the event.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RULES

I agree to follow all event rules, safety instructions, staff directions, and venue guidelines.
I understand I may be removed from the event for unsafe or disruptive behavior with no refund.

FLORIDA LAW

This waiver shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County.

BY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

I have read and understand this waiver.

I am at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian sign below).

I voluntarily agree to all terms.

I understand this is a legally binding release of liability.
