We run a relaxed 3.1-mile route through Austin. Whether you’re walking, jogging, or running, everyone is welcome. No experience needed and absolutely no pressure to keep a certain pace.

Our goal isn’t to race—it’s to build a healthier community, meet new people, and start the weekend with positive energy.

After the run, hang out with us for community, juice samples, and Free Hydrogen water.
