This full moon sound bath is really about feeling rooted in who you already are while giving yourself permission to become more expressed, confident, and alive.



I know some interpretations of this July full moon focus on feeling sluggish or having low-energy, but that isn’t what resonates with me. I see this season as one that can awaken our energy, creativity, sensuality, and desire to take up more space.



We’ll explore the connection between the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras through grounding, pranayama (breath), visualization, and sound. The intention is to help you feel supported in your body, connected to your inner aliveness, and more trusting of the woman you are becoming.



This gathering will also carry some of the energy behind *The Pleasure Portal*, my upcoming feminine embodiment online cohort experience centered around reconnecting with the body, awakening the sacral center, deepening self-trust, and becoming more open to pleasure, creativity, desire, and receiving.



This evening is an invitation to become more present, more embodied, and more fully expressed as the woman you already are.



Wear comfortable clothing and bring a something lay on such as a mat or blanket
