Jump & Fit Class Waiver

By participating in the Jump & Fit class, I understand and accept the following:
	1.	Participation in this class involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including the potential for slips, falls, or injuries. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
	2.	I am responsible for ensuring that I am in good health and capable of participating in this activity. I have consulted a physician if necessary.
	3.	I will use the provided rebound boots as instructed and follow all safety guidelines.
	4.	I release and hold harmless Nicole Shalem, her business, and any associated venues from any claims or liability arising from my participation, including property damage, personal injury, or other losses.

By attending the class, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver.
