By signing below, I voluntarily agree to participate in activities organized by Jungla Training, which may include but are not limited to: yoga, cold plunge, breathwork, functional movement sessions, and other physical or wellness-related activities.

I acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, dehydration, hypothermia (cold exposure), accidents, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
	2.	Medical Readiness:
I affirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any concerns.
	3.	Release of Liability:
I hereby waive, release, and discharge Jungla Training, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
	4.	Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment:
In case of injury or medical emergency, I authorize Jungla Training staff to arrange for medical care and agree to be financially responsible for any resulting expenses.
	5.	Use of Image:
I grant permission for Jungla Training to use photographs, videos, or recordings of me taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.
	6.	Acknowledgment of Rules:
I agree to follow all safety instructions and event guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.
