By registering for and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Jungle Rhythms event may involve physical, mental, and emotional activities, including but not limited to:

Cold water immersion / ice baths

Breathwork practices

Movement, walking, and standing

Exposure to environmental conditions

Participation in group and social activities

I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, dizziness, fainting, emotional release, cardiovascular stress, hypothermia, or other physical or psychological effects.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation.

2. Medical Acknowledgment & Contraindications

I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in this event.

Ice Bath / Cold Exposure Contraindications

I understand that I should NOT participate in cold immersion if I have, or may have, any of the following conditions:

Cardiovascular or heart conditions

High blood pressure or uncontrolled blood pressure

History of stroke

Circulatory disorders

Raynaud’s syndrome

Respiratory disorders

Pregnancy

Cold hypersensitivity

Any medical condition affected by cold exposure

Breathwork Contraindications

I understand that I should NOT participate in breathwork practices if I have, or may have, any of the following conditions:

Cardiovascular disease

History of heart attack or stroke

Epilepsy or seizure disorders

Pregnancy

Severe anxiety or panic disorders

Any condition aggravated by altered breathing patterns

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for consulting with a qualified medical professional if I have any concerns about my ability to participate.

3. Optional Participation

I understand that:

Ice baths and breathwork are completely optional

I am under no obligation to participate in any activity

I may decline or stop any activity at any time

I am responsible for listening to my body and honoring my limits

4. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge:

Event organizers, staff, contractors, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates

From any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation, including but not limited to:

Personal injury

Emotional distress

Property damage

Loss of income

Death

Whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from my participation in this event.

6. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

Follow all safety instructions

Act responsibly and respectfully

Refrain from participating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Notify staff if I experience discomfort or distress

Remove myself from activities if needed

I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for photos, videos, and recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Electronic Agreement

By registering for this event and checking the acknowledgment box, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this waiver

I agree to all terms

This agreement is legally binding

My electronic acceptance constitutes my signature

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS WAIVER IN FULL.
