Liability Waiver and Release of Liability

Event Name: JUST PLAY - Cinco de Mayo
Location: Barnes Tennis Center

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this event, I (the "Participant") acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in tennis involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to trips, falls, collisions, and heat-related illnesses. Furthermore, I acknowledge that this event involves the consumption of alcohol by participant choice only, which can impair judgment, coordination, and physical ability. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with both the sport and the consumption of alcohol.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Racquet Escape, Barnes Tennis Center, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising out of my participation in this event.

3. Alcohol Consumption & Conduct
* I certify that I am of legal drinking age (21+).
* I agree to drink responsibly and maintain full responsibility for my actions.
* I agree to indemnify the organizers against any damage I may cause to the facility or third parties.
* I understand the organizers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service or remove me from the premises if I am acting in an unsafe or disruptive manner.

4. Medical Consent
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.

5. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that my purchase of a ticket serves as a digital signature and confirmation of my agreement to these terms.
