We'll meet at the River Row Boat House in the woodlands then rent kayaks / paddle boards. Tickets cover the $25 rental that River Row Boat house charges.

I understand kayaking and water activities involve risks, including drowning, capsizing, collisions, weather hazards, and serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to follow safety rules (including wearing a life jacket/PFD and not participating while impaired). To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and agree not to sue the event organizer and related parties for claims arising from my participation, including ordinary negligence, and I accept responsibility for my own health, equipment, and medical costs.
