We are taking it back to KEY BISCAYNE!!!&#x20;

IT'S ***5*** MILES!!! TOO EASY?! ***ADD MORE WEIGHT***!!!

We're increasing the miles with each ruck, so get ready!!

**LOCATION**

We'll meet at Hobie Island Beach Park North . We'll start at the round-about. BE SURE TO LOOK FOR THE ENTRANCE ON THE RIGHT ONCE YOU GO THROUGH THE TOLL. Make an immediate right following that. If you miss the initial right turn coming off of the causeway, you'll have to drive the complete length of the bridge them turn around. Look for the American flag and pull up bars!

THE CHALLENGE IS ON! High intensity exercises throughout the Ruck for maximize caloric burn and fitness experience!

**GEAR LIST:**

* A water source
* A backpack (No more than 20lbs; bag will be checked by us for proper fitting and safety) -Flak or weight vest (optional)
* Sunscreen
* your most patriotic silkies (optional)

**PARKING**

-Parking is free but fills up quick. Get there early!!!

**IMPORTANT: FIRST TIME RUCKERS**

YOUR PACK: If it’s your first time, no problem. Grab any backpack that sits comfortably on your back, and put 5-7 shirts/pants or 4 rolled up towels and a 1L of water inside centered. The goal is to have a pack around 10-20 lbs or within reason of your fitness level. Don’t worry, we will gladly assist you in assembling your pack. 💪
