### ✨ About the Workshop

What if happiness isn’t something you find — but something you return to?

In this 75–90 minute Soul Session led by **Raeeka** — relationship coach, trauma practitioner, and inner work teacher — we’ll explore how to reconnect with your inner happiness, even when life feels heavy or uncertain.

Through guided reflection and practical tools, Raeeka will teach you how to:
• Recognize & soothe self-sabotage that pulls you away from joy
• Identify and work with the parts of you that crave safety but resist change
• Use 3 simple tools to anchor back into your true self — in any situation
• Move from futurizing and catastrophizing to grounded presence

This is a space to understand the *inner mechanics of happiness* — where awareness meets self-compassion, and emotional intelligence becomes your superpower.

**Raeeka Yaghmai** is a relationship coach, trauma practitioner, and inner work teacher. She helps individuals and couples break free from inner resistance and reconnect to joy, clarity, and grounded presence through deep emotional awareness and self-compassion.

We put a lot of heart into each event, partnering with a unique set of facilitators and vendors who are often compensated per ticket — which means your spot directly supports their work.

Because of this, we’re not able to offer refunds or official transfers. As a small, community-driven team with limited capacity, every RSVP truly matters.

If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift or resell your ticket on your own terms — no need to notify us.
