By registering for and participating in a We Outside ATX event, activity, program, or experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in We Outside ATX activities, including but not limited to runs, walks, hikes, wellness activities, recreational sports, social gatherings, volunteer opportunities, outdoor experiences, and partner events, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, illness, accidents, falls, weather conditions, interactions with other participants, transportation-related incidents, and other known or unforeseen hazards.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation.

Release of Liability

On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, assigns, and anyone acting on my behalf, I release, waive, and forever discharge We Outside ATX, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, event leaders, sponsors, partners, collaborating organizations, venues, property owners, and affiliates ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, actions, causes of action, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in any We Outside ATX activity, including claims resulting from negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Health & Medical Authorization

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity for which I am registering. I understand that it is my responsibility to determine whether I am fit to participate.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize We Outside ATX, its volunteers, partners, sponsors, venue representatives, and emergency personnel to secure or provide medical assistance on my behalf if deemed necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

Media Release

I grant We Outside ATX and its partners permission to photograph, record, film, or otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, and appearance during events and activities. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, educational, fundraising, marketing, social media, website, and other organizational purposes without compensation or further approval.

Community Expectations

I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and responsible manner and to follow all event instructions and safety guidelines. We Outside ATX reserves the right to remove or restrict participation for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with creating a welcoming environment.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from my participation in any We Outside ATX activity.

Acknowledgment

By submitting my registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement, voluntarily accept its terms, and understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to bring certain claims against the Released Parties.
