A 4-week, screen-free creative experience for curious kids

Pink Matter Kids is a small, in-person creative club designed to give kids space to explore, make, and imagine without screens, pressure, or performance.

Each week, kids gather for a guided, hands-on creative activity that encourages curiosity, self-expression, and connection.&#x20;

This is a calm, welcoming space for kids to slow down, try something new, and build confidence through making.

I, the parent or legal guardian of the child listed below, give permission for my child to participate in the Kids Creativity Club, a screen-free creative program that includes age-appropriate arts, crafts, movement, and hands-on activities.

I understand that participation may involve the use of art materials, light physical movement, and group activities. While reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, I acknowledge that there is a risk of minor injury inherent in any group or creative activity.

By signing this waiver, I agree to release and hold harmless Kids Creativity Club, Pink Matter, its organizers, facilitators, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my child’s participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

I confirm that my child is physically and emotionally able to participate in the program. I agree to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special considerations prior to participation.

I understand that Kids Creativity Club is not a licensed childcare service and that I am responsible for my child before and after the scheduled session times.

I also grant permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during sessions for promotional or educational purposes, unless I indicate otherwise in writing.
