**A women's walk/run club built on community, connection, and making wellness accessible to every body. All levels welcome — whether you walk, jog, or somewhere in between, you're welcome here!**



Each meetup includes a 4-mile route around the lake followed by an optional yoga cool down led by Sydney Walker. Stay if you can, no stress if you have somewhere to be, we're just happy you showed up!&#x20;

COMMUNITY AGREEMENT & WAIVER
Welcome to Kinnect. Before joining our GroupMe and attending your first event, please read and agree to the following. These are the standards we hold for each other and the commitments that make this community worth showing up for.

HOW WE SHOW UP
These are not rules. They are non-negotiables we hold for each other.

01 Respect
Every woman who walks through this door carries a story worth honoring. We lead with curiosity, not judgment or assumptions. We celebrate differences and lead with kindness. This is a space where all women belong, regardless of background, body, belief, or how far along the journey they are. Please do not spam, market, or project your opinions, business, or religious beliefs on other members.

02 Alignment
We show up as who we actually are, not who we think we should be. We encourage each other to make choices that feel right from the inside out, not choices driven by comparison or outside pressure.

03 Balance
Wellness is not all or nothing. Rest is productive. Patience is an action. Progress looks different every day and that is more than okay. We reject the pressure to do it all perfectly and instead support each other in finding a rhythm that is sustainable, kind, and real.

04 Safety
What is shared inside Kinnect stays inside Kinnect. We create a space where vulnerability is protected, not weaponized. Every member has the right to feel emotionally safe, heard without being fixed, and supported without being judged.

05 Authenticity
No highlight reels here. We show up messy, honest, and human. Kinnect thrives when members bring their real selves, not a curated version built for an audience. Authenticity is what turns a group of strangers into a community, and a community into your family.
Kinnect thrives at the intersection of open-mindedness, kindness, and non-judgment. Find the overlaps. Celebrate the differences. Show up as you are. That is how strangers become KIN.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS & CODE OF CONDUCT
All members agree to uphold the five core values of Kinnect at all times: Respect, Alignment, Balance, Safety, and Authenticity. Members agree to treat all other members and facilitators with dignity and respect regardless of background, body, belief, identity, or lived experience.

Discrimination, harassment, bullying, unsolicited advice, spam, marketing, religious or political solicitation, or targeting of any individual within the community is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
What is shared inside Kinnect stays inside Kinnect. Members agree not to screenshot, share, redistribute, or weaponize content shared by other members without explicit written consent.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
This waiver is entered into voluntarily by the participant in connection with participation in any Kinnect walk/run club events and yoga cool down sessions organized by Sydney Walker and Unfiltered Growth with Sydney.

Assumption of Risk
The participant acknowledges that participation in outdoor walking, running, and yoga involves inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, overexertion, cardiovascular incidents, uneven terrain, weather conditions, and other physical injury. The participant voluntarily assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with participation, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Release of Liability
The participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, and personal representatives, hereby releases, waives, and discharges Sydney Walker and Unfiltered Growth with Sydney from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses of any kind arising from participation in any Kinnect event, including claims resulting from negligence.

Medical Fitness
The participant confirms they are in good physical health and have no condition, injury, or limitation that would prevent safe participation. The participant agrees to inform Sydney Walker of any relevant health concerns prior to participating. Sydney Walker is not a medical professional and nothing shared during any event constitutes medical advice.

Photo & Video Consent
Photography and videography may take place at all Kinnect events for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. By agreeing below, the participant consents to being photographed or filmed unless a written opt-out request has been submitted in advance.
Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

Respect — I will lead with curiosity, not judgment. I will not spam, market, or project my opinions, business, or religious beliefs on other members.

Alignment — I will show up as who I actually am and encourage others to do the same, free from comparison or outside pressure.

Balance — I will support others in finding a sustainable rhythm and release the pressure to do it all perfectly.

Safety — I will protect what is shared in this space. I will participate in events at my own risk and consent to photography and videography at events unless I have opted out in writing.

Authenticity — I will show up as my real self, celebrate differences, and help turn this community of strangers into KIN.

I understand that violation of these standards may result in removal from Kinnect.

BY CLICKING "I AGREE" I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY IT. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY RELEASING SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
