Join The Reset Lab for an empowering evening designed for women who are done feeling like they have to shrink themselves. Know Your Strength is a self defense class and social experience that will leave you feeling capable, confident, and connected to a room full of women who came to do the same thing.

Because the most powerful version of you should know how to handle herself.



**Here's what's included:**

* A guided self defense class taught by a professional instructor — practical techniques you'll actually remember and use

Please read this document carefully before participating. By registering and attending, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.


ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation includes a Pilates class and access to wellness amenities including a cold plunge and sauna at Geneiss Health Club. I acknowledge these activities carry inherent risks including physical injury, illness, or discomfort. I confirm I am in adequate physical health to participate.


RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I release, waive, and discharge Club Reset, Little Words Project, Geneiss Health Club, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims or liability arising out of my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.


COLD PLUNGE & SAUNA ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I confirm I do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe use of these amenities, including cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, epilepsy, Raynaud's disease, or recent surgery. I agree to use these facilities responsibly and in accordance with Geneiss Health Club's guidelines.


DATA SHARING CONSENT

By registering, I consent to my personal information (name, email, phone number) being shared with Geneiss Health Club for event check-in, facility access, and follow-up wellness communications. My information will not be sold to third parties and I may opt out of marketing communications at any time.


PHOTO & MEDIA CONSENT

I grant Club Reset and Little Words Project permission to photograph and/or video record me during the event and use such content for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not consent, please email us prior to the event.


INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all Released Parties from any claims, costs, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in this event.


ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your registration, you confirm you have read this waiver in full, understand you are waiving substantial legal rights, and agree to all terms freely and voluntarily.

After selecting this ticket, you will be contacted to confirm your insurance eligibility and determine your copay amount, which will serve as your ticket price.
