By signing and participating in Korrect Fitness, LLC’s (“Korrect Fitness”) classes, events and/or any  other activities (collectively “Classes”), you represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and do  not suffer from any medical condition which would limit your participation in the Classes offered at or by Onnit  Academy. You further understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding  your participation in Classes offered at or by Korrect Fitness. You also understand the risks associated with the  Classes offered at or by Korrect Fitness and agree to follow all instructions so that you may safely participate in  Classes. You hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Korrect Fitness, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners,  officers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or  related to your participation in Classes offered at or by Korrect Fitness. You understand and acknowledge that  you are fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a  result of your participation in Classes. By signing below and participating in Classes you agree that you have  read the above release and waiver of liability, fully understand its content and that you are legally competent to  sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. 

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE 
By signing below and participating in Classes, I hereby grant to Korrect Fitness and its legal representatives  and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, videos, my likeness, voice and/or any other media of me (collectively “Media”), or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade,  advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite Media without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I hereby release Korrect Fitness and its legal representatives  and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said Media.

This is a great class for all levels of people to enjoy. Anyone and everyone is welcome to try out Flow yoga. It is a style of yoga that strengthens and stretches the entire body. There is a special emphasis on the power and importance of your breath. This class will aim to unite your breath and body. Flow yoga is accessible by all levels of student. It’s a great class to begin with!
