11:15-11:45: Live Freewell Hair bootcamp 

11:45-1 PM: Connect with female-managed brands and wellness partners including **GameDay Health, Restore Hyper Wellness, Optimized Movement Rehab,** Key Energy, and others.

Korrect Fitness Waiver and Release of Liability, Photo/Media, and Participation Agreement

In consideration of participation in classes, seminars, events, or activities offered by Korrect Fitness, LLC (“Korrect Fitness”), and the fee paid, participants acknowledge and understand that physical activity involves inherent risk of injury.

Participants represent and warrant that they are in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition that would limit or prevent safe participation. Participants understand it is their responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation if there are any medical concerns.

Participants acknowledge that martial arts, fitness training, defense instruction, and physical conditioning activities may be physically demanding. Participants agree to follow all instructor guidance and safety instructions.

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in classes, instruction, exercises, events, activities at any Korrect Fitness location, or during transit to or from event locations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participant hereby waives, releases, and holds harmless Korrect Fitness, LLC, its owners, affiliates, instructors, employees, sponsors, hosts, promoters, operators, and all associated individuals or organizations from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in Korrect Fitness activities.

Participants understand and agree that the only medical assistance Korrect Fitness may provide in the event of injury is basic first aid, and no further medical treatment is guaranteed or implied.

Participants agree to obey instructor directions and observe all safety protocols.

Participants certify that they are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other impairing substances and are not suffering from any condition that would impair safe participation. Participants confirmed they are at least 18 years of age. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign this agreement.

Photo, Video, and Media Release
Participant grants Korrect Fitness, LLC the irrevocable, unrestricted right to capture, use, publish, and distribute photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, likeness, voice, or other media in which participant may appear (“Media”).

Participant authorizes use of such Media for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, educational, and commercial purposes across any medium without further consent or compensation.
Participants also agree that Media may be edited, altered, or combined with other material at the discretion of Korrect Fitness.

Participant releases Korrect Fitness and its representatives from any claims related to the use of Media.

Communication Consent
Participants agree to receive communications from Korrect Fitness and its authorized channels via SMS, email, and phone regarding programming, events, and services.
Acknowledgment
By participating in Korrect Fitness classes, events, or activities, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and release agreement.
