 EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

By registering for and participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

 1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this event includes, but is not limited to, hiking, physical movement, and outdoor activities that may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, falls, dizziness, shortness of breath, emotional release, environmental conditions, or other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, known or unknown.

2. Physical & Medical Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this event. I understand that breathwork and physical movement may be intense and that I am responsible for modifying or stopping participation at any time if I feel discomfort. I confirm that I have consulted a medical professional if needed and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to myself prior to participation.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Vivobarefoot, event facilitators, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and all associated individuals from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event, including those caused by negligence.

 4. No Medical Advice

I understand that this event does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Breathwork and movement practices are offered for educational and wellness purposes only.

5. Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the event and to act responsibly and respectfully toward facilitators, participants, and the environment.

 6. Media Release (Optional but Recommended)

I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional or marketing purposes by Vivobarefoot and affiliated partners, without compensation.

7. Agreement & Consent
