All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or personal circumstances.

In select cases, OTT may offer a one-time transfer to a future event. Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and event eligibility. Any approved transfer must be used within the designated timeframe and cannot be exchanged further.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this no-refund policy and waive your right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.

Any attempt to file a chargeback or dispute after attending the event, or in violation of this policy, will be considered fraudulent. OTT reserves the right to provide proof of purchase, event access, and attendance to the payment provider, and to deny future ticket purchases or event access to individuals who initiate disputes.

Access to Yacht Party AND Sunchasers pre-yacht reception from 3 to 7pm at W Hotel

This reservation requires general admission to be purchased separately for all guests. This $150 fee does not go towards your final tab. The $150 is a fee for the section reservation. Bottles, Gratuity & Tax will need to be paid in addition to paying this $150 fee. This ticket will give 8 guests VIP entry and a Vip section next to main stage DJ booth and seating. Guests will be required to spend a minimum of $600 plus tax and tip towards VIP menu on arrival.
