Scalable workout: Go out for an hour (thirty minutes out and back) or do the full route out and back route for 5.7 miles



Paved trail, excellent for beginners, small family members and dogs - OR HARD CHARGERS working to increase their ruck weight and pace times!&#x20;



This ruck is scalable. If you're training for an event, come early, stay later, train heavy. If you just want to get out of the house, bring the kids - and let's go for a ruck. All levels welcome!&#x20;
