Join us for a refreshing start to your Sunday with a sculpting, mindful Pilates flow led by Lante Pilates, hosted on the patio of Leeland House. Expect good music, community, and your choice of a complimentary coffee or matcha to sip on post-class.

This class is a 50-minute full-body experience designed to energize, ground, and realign. We’ll flow through a full-body session focused on deep core activation, posture, and intentional breath-to-movement connection. All levels welcome. This is a co-ed session.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to find parking, check in, and get settled.
Class will begin promptly at 8:00 AM.

There’s plenty of free street parking around Leeland House on Sundays, but please read all posted signs.
