Join us for our monthly high-energy morning of movement and community!&#x20;

Whether you’re a runner, a walker, or just here for the vibes — this event is all about empowering Latinas to show up, move with confidence, and connect with fellow baddies.

**9:00 AM** – Meet up!&#x20;
**9:10 AM** – Run & Walk groups hit the streets *(see pace groups below)*

**10 AM -** Reconvene & Connect with amigas over coffee&#x20;

🏃‍♀️ **Pace Groups**

**Sexy Pace (2 miles)** – 18–20+ min/mile (Walkers)
**Sazón Pace (5K)** –12–14 min/mile (Light jog/run-walk)

### **Open to all levels. Come solo or bring your crew — this is your space to move, feel empowered and make new amigas.**
