Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
By registering for and participating in Lattes & Lunges hosted by Vegas Mom Club and Lunakin Café, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participating in physical activity, including Pilates and related exercises, involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate at my own risk.
I release and discharge Vegas Mom Club, Lunakin Café, the instructor (Monique), SweatPals, and all event partners or affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
I certify that I am in good physical health and capable of safely participating in this activity. I agree to consult my physician before beginning any exercise program if I have concerns or pre-existing conditions.
I assume full responsibility for my child(ren)’s safety and wellbeing during the event. I understand that supervision of my child remains my responsibility at all times.
I consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional or social media purposes by Vegas Mom Club and SweatPals.
I acknowledge that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
By registering, I confirm that I have read and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
