Come jump with us. Join Leap Club for a **free outdoor jump rope session** designed to get you moving, sweating, and having fun —  a full-body workout focused on cardio, strength, and coordination.



**All levels are welcome** — no experience needed. We’ll guide you through everything.



Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get set up. Ropes are provided, or grab your own on-site or at [leapbyfc.com](https://www.leapbyfc.com/products/p/jnwnx41s0ns4ygsn2ndfc0i8577wl5-9gmsc-sayra-tw6bd) so you can continue your practice beyond the session.&#x20;



Wear comfortable sneakers and bring water.



After the workout, stick around to recover and connect with the community.
