1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in the Legendary Pilates x Padel Wellness Event (“Event”) involves physical activity and may include, but is not limited to, Pilates exercises, stretching, mobility work, padel/court activities, recreational games, fitness activities, and interaction with equipment and other participants.
I acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, collisions, loss of balance, dizziness, dehydration, heat-related illness, equipment-related injuries, and other physical injury or illness.
I voluntarily choose to participate in the Event and understand and accept these risks.
2. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
I represent that I am physically capable of participating in the activities I choose to participate in and that I will participate within my own abilities.
I agree to:
Follow all instructions provided by Legendary Pilates, Legendary Fitness, Event staff, instructors, coaches, and facility personnel.
Use equipment and facilities appropriately.
Immediately notify an instructor or Event staff member if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, weakness, or any other concerning symptoms.
Stop participating in any activity if I feel that continuing would be unsafe.
Follow all posted facility rules and safety guidelines.
Respect other participants, instructors, staff, vendors, and Event partners.
I understand that instructors and staff are not responsible for determining whether an activity is medically appropriate for me.
3. MEDICAL CONDITIONS
I understand that I am responsible for informing the appropriate instructor or Event staff of any physical limitations, injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect my ability to safely participate.
I understand that participation in the Event is voluntary and that I should consult with an appropriate medical professional before participating if I have any concerns regarding my ability to safely participate in physical activity.
4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, hereby release and agree not to hold liable Legendary Pilates, Legendary Fitness, Legendary Fitness 2 LLC, their owners, officers, employees, instructors, coaches, contractors, volunteers, Event organizers, affiliated companies, participating vendors, sponsors, venue owners/operators, and their respective representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my voluntary participation in the Event, including injuries, illness, property damage, or other losses, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot legally be released or waived.
I understand that this release applies to activities associated with the Event, including Pilates classes, padel/court activities, use of fitness equipment, recreational activities, and participation in Event-related areas.
5. EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE
In the event of an emergency, injury, or medical situation, I authorize Event staff or appropriate personnel to seek or arrange emergency medical assistance on my behalf when reasonably necessary.
I understand that I am responsible for any medical, ambulance, hospital, or other healthcare expenses incurred as a result of an injury or medical emergency during or related to my participation in the Event.
6. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE
I understand that photographs, videos, or other recordings may be taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, social media, website, advertising, or other business purposes.
By signing below, I grant Legendary Pilates and Legendary Fitness permission to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance in photographs, videos, and other Event-related media without compensation or additional approval.

I understand that opting out does not guarantee that I will not appear incidentally in group or crowd footage where individual identification is not the primary purpose.
7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the Event. Legendary Pilates, Legendary Fitness, Event organizers, venue operators, vendors, sponsors, and staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
8. VENDORS, SPONSORS & THIRD-PARTY ACTIVITIES
I understand that the Event may include independent vendors, sponsors, instructors, businesses, and third-party activities.
Any products, services, demonstrations, activities, or offers provided by third parties are the responsibility of the respective vendor or provider. My participation in any third-party activity is voluntary.
9. WEATHER & EVENT CONDITIONS
I understand that portions of the Event may take place outdoors or may be affected by weather, venue conditions, or other circumstances outside of the Event organizers' control.
I agree to follow any safety instructions, schedule changes, activity modifications, or cancellations communicated by Event organizers.
10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing this waiver, I confirm that:

I understand the risks associated with participating in the Event.
I am voluntarily participating.
I agree to follow Event rules and safety instructions.
I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am able to participate safely.
I understand that I may choose not to participate in any activity that I do not feel comfortable performing.
I understand that this waiver is intended to be legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
