**What to expect:**

You'll be transported to a world of movement and sounds - Multiple worldwide acts will be curating classes fully synchronized to a non-stop score of music.&#x20;

In between classes there will be an activation, competition, choreographed show, and more. The movement *does not* stop.

*Once the dust settles*, we'll join together for a panel of the most renowned content creators, marketers, athletes, fitness professionals, and more.&#x20;

**Finally,** we'll be serving refreshments and hosting an after-party!

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
IN CONSIDERATION OF the risk of injury that exists while participating in dance classes,
fitness classes, HIIT workouts, personal training sessions, choreography sessions,
rehearsals, outdoor workouts, livestream classes, online training, and any related
physical activity organized or led by LesGetIt Movement LLC (hereinafter the “Activity”),
AND IN CONSIDERATION OF my desire to participate in said Activity and being given the right
to participate in the same;
I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives,
knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby
waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in
the Activity.
I HEREBY release and forever discharge LesGetIt Movement LLC, located at

its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, instructors, staff, volunteers, heirs,
representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns from any physical or psychological
injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY AND I AM
PARTICIPATING ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK.
I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN PHYSICAL FITNESS
ACTIVITIES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Physical or psychological injury
• Muscle strains or tears

• Falls or impact injuries
• Pain or suffering
• Illness
• Disfigurement
• Temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis)
• Economic or emotional loss
• Death
I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR OUTCOMES MAY ARISE FROM MY OWN
NEGLIGENCE OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF OTHERS, CONDITIONS RELATED TO TRAVEL
TO AND FROM THE ACTIVITY, OR FROM CONDITIONS AT THE ACTIVITY LOCATION(S).
NONETHELESS, I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF MY
PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY.

MEDICAL READINESS
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PHYSICAL EXERCISE, DANCE, AND HIGH-INTENSITY FITNESS
ACTIVITIES MAY BE STRENUOUS AND MAY INVOLVE CERTAIN RISKS.
I CERTIFY THAT:
• I AM PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE ACTIVITIES
• I DO NOT HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT WOULD PREVENT MY SAFE
PARTICIPATION
• I HAVE CONSULTED WITH A PHYSICIAN IF NECESSARY PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING
I AGREE THAT IF I EXPERIENCE ANY PAIN, DIZZINESS, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, OR
OTHER PHYSICAL DISCOMFORT DURING THE ACTIVITY, I WILL STOP PARTICIPATING
IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IF NECESSARY.

ONLINE / LIVESTREAM CLASSES
I UNDERSTAND THAT SOME CLASSES MAY BE PROVIDED THROUGH ONLINE OR
LIVESTREAM PLATFORMS.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WORKOUT SPACE
• I WILL ENSURE THAT MY ENVIRONMENT IS SAFE AND FREE OF HAZARDS
• LESGETIT MOVEMENT LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES CAUSED BY MY
PERSONAL ENVIRONMENT OR EQUIPMENT
I VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN ONLINE OR
REMOTE FITNESS ACTIVITIES.

INDEMNIFICATION
I FURTHER AGREE to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LesGetIt Movement LLC against
any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation,
or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related
costs.

AGE REQUIREMENT
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS ACTIVITY IS FOR PARTICIPANTS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR
OLDER.

FILMING AND MEDIA CONSENT
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CLASSES, WORKOUTS, AND SESSIONS MAY BE FILMED,
PHOTOGRAPHED, OR RECORDED.
I HEREBY GIVE MY CONSENT TO BEING RECORDED FOR THE DURATION OF THE
ACTIVITY.
I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT LesGetIt Movement LLC RETAINS FULL RIGHTS TO
ALL RECORDED CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• SOCIAL MEDIA
• PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
• EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
• MARKETING MATERIALS

LesGetIt Movement LLC retains the right to edit, publish, or withhold any footage at its
discretion.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF WAIVER

I understand that I am participating in dance classes, fitness classes, HIIT workouts,

classes, online training, and other related physical activities organized or led by LesGetIt
Movement LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Activity”).
I acknowledge that my participation in these activities is completely voluntary.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that physical activity involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not
limited to:
• Muscle strains or tears
• Falls or impact injuries
• Physical or psychological injury
• Pain or suffering
• Illness
• Temporary or permanent disability
• Emotional or economic loss
• Death
I acknowledge that these risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, the
environment in which the activity takes place, or travel to and from the activity.
By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
