The Circle is part of Uplift Fitness. These walks are designed to help our lgbtq+ community connect on a deeper level through movement, conversation, and community. Our focus is to provide a space to stay active with low impact. This gives you a chance to slow down, be present, and build meaningful connections outside the usual bar scene. It’s more than just exercise it’s about showing up for yourself, meeting others who share your values, and leaving with new energy and perspective.
