LFGO | Fall into Balance is a dynamic community event aimed at bringing together fitness enthusiasts, wellness seekers, and the local community for a day of movement, connection, and fun. Presented by Hyrox, Go Brewing, and STRENGTH IN THE CITY, this event offers a range of wellness activities, workouts, and social experiences. Participants will enjoy various fitness classes, wellness services, and a post-event social to unwind and connect with your community.

Key Event Elements:

8-8:30 AM - Welcome with coffee, bagels, and protein snacks

8:30 AM - Hyrox Express Class (45 mins)

A fast-paced, high-intensity class designed to challenge your endurance and strength. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will leave participants feeling energized and accomplished

9:30 AM - Yoga

Led By: Beth

Celebrate the beauty and serenity of fall with a restorative and energizing yoga session designed to help participants embrace the season’s change. Our Autumn Flow invites yogis of all levels to connect with their bodies and the grounding energy of the earth as they move through a sequence inspired by autumn. The class will emphasize balance, grounding, and letting go, just as nature does during the fall.

10:30 AM - Dance Fitness

Get ready to groove and let loose with this fun and energetic dance session. A perfect blend of cardio and creativity, this class is designed to boost your mood and get your body moving.
