By registering for and attending the Lifted In Faith Festival event, you agree to the following terms:

Participation in this event may include physical activity, movement, stretching, wellness exercises, and interaction with event installations, products, food, beverages, and materials provided by third-party sponsors, vendors, or partners. You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, allergic reactions, illness, or property damage, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.

Waiver and Release of Liability

You hereby release and discharge Lifted In Faith Movement (“Organizer”) and all event sponsors, partners, vendors, venues, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the event, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, allergic reactions, death, or property damage. This release does not apply to acts of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

You acknowledge and agree that any products, samples, food, beverages, merchandise, or promotional items provided at the event are offered by independent third-party sponsors or vendors.
