• Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s safety and well-being
• All minors must have a **signed parental waiver**

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Lifted In Faith Movement Events

By registering for and/or attending any Lifted In Faith Movement event (“Event”), including the Lifted In Faith Festival, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Event may include, but is not limited to, running, Pilates, strength training, dance, stretching, wellness exercises, use of equipment, interaction with event installations, food and beverage consumption, and interaction with third-party vendors and sponsors.

You acknowledge that participation involves inherent and unforeseeable risks, including but not limited to:

Bodily injury

Muscle strains, sprains, fractures

Allergic reactions

Illness or exposure to communicable diseases

Slips, falls, or collisions

Property damage

Permanent disability or death

You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Organizer, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Lifted In Faith Movement (“Organizer”), its founders, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, partners, venues, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Event.

This includes, without limitation:

Personal injury

Illness

Allergic reactions

Property damage

Wrongful death

This release applies to claims arising from ordinary negligence but does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

3. Minor Participation & Parent/Guardian Agreement

If you are registering or allowing a minor (under 18 years of age) to attend or participate in the Event, you represent and warrant that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian.

By permitting a minor to participate, you agree to the following:

A. Parental Consent

You give full consent for the minor to participate in all Event activities.

B. Assumption of Risk for Minor

You acknowledge that the minor’s participation involves the same inherent risks described above and you voluntarily assume all risks on behalf of the minor.

C. Supervision Requirement

You agree that:

Minors must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Lifted In Faith Movement does not provide childcare or supervision.

The Organizer is not responsible for monitoring or supervising minors at any time.

You accept full responsibility for the minor’s behavior, safety, and well-being during the Event.

D. Release of Claims on Behalf of Minor

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and waive any and all claims on behalf of the minor against the Organizer arising from participation in the Event.

E. Indemnification by Parent/Guardian

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lifted In Faith Movement and all affiliated parties from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

The minor’s participation in the Event

Injury to the minor

Injury caused by the minor to others

Damage caused by the minor to property

You acknowledge that you are solely financially responsible for any medical treatment, emergency care, or damages related to the minor.

4. Medical Authorization

You certify that you (and any minor under your supervision) are physically and medically able to participate.

In the event of an emergency, you authorize the Organizer to obtain emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary. You understand that you are solely responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

5. Product Disclaimer & Third-Party Responsibility

You acknowledge that any products, samples, food, beverages, merchandise, or promotional items are provided by independent third-party sponsors or vendors.

Lifted In Faith Movement:

Does not manufacture or control such products

Makes no warranties regarding safety or ingredients

Is not responsible for allergic reactions or injuries arising from third-party products

Any claims related to third-party products must be brought directly against the applicable vendor or sponsor.

6. Photography & Media Release

By attending the Event (including attendance of any minor), you grant Lifted In Faith Movement permission to photograph and record you and the minor and to use such images for promotional, marketing, and lawful purposes in any media without compensation.

7. Governing Law & Severability

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Event is held. If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Acknowledgment

By registering for or attending the Event, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability.

You understand that you are waiving substantial legal rights.

You are signing this agreement freely and voluntarily.

If signing on behalf of a minor, you certify you are the parent or legal guardian and legally authorized to do so.

LIFTED IN FAITH FESTIVAL X MIAMI MARLINS

Includes full access to the Lifted In Faith festival experience, an official Lifted In Faith t-shirt and event wristband, and reserved seating for the Miami Marlins game.

Includes early entry to the festival, a guaranteed on-field stadium photo, a curated VIP gift bag, premium mat placement in front of the stage with mat provided, exclusive VIP merchandise, an official Lifted In Faith event t-shirt and wristband, reserved premium seating for the Miami Marlins game, and full access to the festival experience.

Celebrate Easter with your little ones. This ticket is available for children ages 12 and under and includes access to the full festival experience and the Miami Marlins game. All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Lifted In Faith Movement Waiver and Release of Liability.
