I acknowledge that participation in Lifting After Dark, including but not limited to fitness classes, strength training, weightlifting, open gym activities, competitions, demonstrations, and related event activities, involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, property damage, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from such activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding any health concerns and to discontinue participation if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any medical issue.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Shock Fitness Studio, Release the Vibe ATL, The Movement Collective, all event organizers, instructors, trainers, coaches, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, staff, contractors, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

I understand that participation in lifting competitions or strength challenges may involve additional risks and I voluntarily assume those risks. I agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff and understand that event personnel may remove me from any activity deemed unsafe.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that the released parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

I grant permission to Shock Fitness Studio, Release the Vibe ATL, The Movement Collective, and their partners to photograph, video record, livestream, and otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, and participation during the event. I authorize the use of such media for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and other lawful purposes without compensation or further approval.

If alcoholic beverages are available, I certify that I am at least 21 years of age if I choose to consume alcohol. I agree to conduct myself in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner and understand that event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand that I am solely responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

By checking the acceptance box, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver, voluntarily agree to its terms, and understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to bring claims against the released parties. My electronic acceptance shall serve as my legal signature and agreement to this Waiver and Release of Liability.

Includes access to all classes, vendor row, and glow run. 

This vendor ticket allows for you and one other staff personnel be admitted to vend. Your set up may include 1, 6'-8' table, two chairs, and a tent (optional). You will be outside in our vendor "row".
