Winter Arc Season is here, let’s lock-in and get stronger together ✨

Lift for All Women is a 1 hr full body workout with a focus on glutes or upper body followed up with a core workout using the dumbbells and progressive overload.

This session is beginner-friendly and its designed to teach you how to lift with proper form and progressive overload.
