To protect the integrity of the community, classes start on time. Those arriving more than 5 minutes after class start time, will not be allowed in. 

Attendees agree to work out at their own risk and have received medical clearance from their provider if they are/were recently under care.

At 19 weeks, this class is no longer safe for pregnant attendees. You agree to not conceal your pregnancy and to either transition to private sessions or to resume classes postpartum.
