Join us for a playful afternoon of movement, imagination, and connection! Little One & Me Yoga is a family-friendly class designed for children and their favorite grown-up, whether that's a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or caregiver. Together, we'll journey "to the moon" through yoga poses, music, games, partner activities, and a delightful yoga-themed story that encourages creativity and mindfulness.



This gentle, engaging class is perfect for little yogis and includes a take-home yoga coloring page. A quiet coloring station will also be available for children who need a calm space during the event. Come create lasting memories while sharing laughter, movement, and adventure together.
