Join us for a 4**0-minute mat Pilates class** led by @yoglow.online 🤍 Mats provided for you.
You can come on your own or bring your kids!&#x20;

Children could be in your arms, a stroller, playing near you, or if they are older can join the workout, color, or play with the other kids.&#x20;

No pressure. Just movement, goodie bags, and moms who *get it.*

After class, we’ll have intentional time to **connect, mingle, and make real mom friends** (because we all know how hard that can be).

Every attendee will leave with a curated goodie bag by brands like Tubby Todd, Good Wipes, and No BS.
