A high-energy, aerobic dance workout that blends fun choreography with strength and toning. Expect to sweat, smile, and leave feeling empowered.
REV + FLOW®
A lower-impact, functional workout focused on strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility—perfect for those who prefer intentional movement with powerful results.
Every REFIT experience features upbeat, energy-filled music and is led by the REFIT Creators, who bring heart, encouragement, and expertise to every class.
