Long Run/Long Walk (LRLW) WRC

Starting our weekend for the long run and/or walk. We meet up at Nautical Bowls and start heading to the Greenway through Markham Park, and your way back to Nautical Bowls. The most important thing is to go as far as you can!!

Once we come back, you can enjoy some smoothies, fresh-squeezed juices, and açaí bowls.
