This event is a safe space for women of color who want to pause, reset, and connect with a like-minded community in a supportive and empowering environment.

Celebrate **self-love, wellness, and community** with a special Galentine’s Day gathering! 💖🌿 Join us on for an intimate Sunday reset experience designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit and pour into your own cup!

Your morning will include:

* **30-minute Grounding vinyasa yoga** flow 🧘‍♀️ to center your body and energy (mats provided)
* **Brief Guided journaling** ✍️ to reflect, set intentions, and celebrate yourself (journal will be provided)
* **Curated light refreshments**, including a matcha latte bar 🍵 and breakfast bites, to enjoy in a cozy, intentional space
* mingling with community, possibly making new friends or reconnecting with familiar faces&#x20;
* **Florals, affirmations, photo ops, and special gifts** for each guest 🌸💌📸

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in wellness activities, including but not limited to yoga, pilates, journaling, and light movement, involves physical activity that may carry a risk of injury or discomfort. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

2. Medical Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the activities offered. I agree to listen to my body, honor my limits, and stop participation if I feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. I understand that Matcha Mornings and its organizers are not medical professionals and are not providing medical advice.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Matcha Mornings, its founder (Alexa Diego), collaborators, instructors, volunteers, and the hosting venue from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event.

4. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

I understand that food and beverages may be provided. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any food sensitivities or allergies and will make informed choices accordingly. Matcha Mornings is not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary issues.

5. Photo & Video Consent

I grant permission for Matcha Mornings to take photographs and/or video during the event and to use this content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.

6. General Agreement

I understand that this event is intended to be a supportive and community-centered wellness experience. I agree to participate at my own comfort level and take full responsibility for my well-being.
