## LOVE-ALL STREET OPEN

**Jordan and All-Love Racquet Club are bringing tennis to the street. With sounds by Milhouse, hosted by Jasmine Solano.**&#x20;

In celebration of Jordan’s newest tennis collection, join us in Brooklyn for the **Love-All Street Open** — an afternoon where tennis, style, culture and community come together.

Whether you’re new to the game or already know your way around the court, come ready to play. Throughout the day, you’ll also find **interactive tennis + fitness challenges, music, food, giveaways and more.**

**Saturday, September 5 | 2–7 PM**
**Brooklyn, New York**

### YOUTH EXPERIENCE | 2:00–4:30 PM

Designed for players **ages 12–16**.

**2:00–3:00 PM | Tennis Clinics**
Get on court with our coaches for fast-paced, fun tennis instruction and play.

**3:00–3:30 PM | Doubles King of the Court**
Team up and compete in a quick-moving doubles challenge to see who can hold the court.

**3:30–4:30 PM | One Point Tournament**
One point. Winner advances. We’ll close out the youth experience with a **32-player elimination tournament** to crown our champion.

### ADULT EXPERIENCE | 4:30–7:00 PM

**4:30–5:30 PM | Tennis Clinics**
Whether you’re picking up a racquet for the first time or already play, jump into our on-court clinic experience.

**5:30–6:00 PM | Doubles King of the Court**
Grab a partner and battle your way to the top in a fast-paced doubles competition.

**6:00–7:00 PM | One Point Tournament**
We’re ending the night with a **32-player, one-point elimination tournament.** Step on court, play one point and win to advance.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in or attend the Love-All Street Open (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in tennis, fitness activities, games, competitions, demonstrations and other activities associated with the Event involves physical activity and inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, contact with other participants, equipment-related injuries, muscle strains, sprains, heat-related illness and other injuries that may occur during athletic or recreational activity.
I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume the risks associated with my participation in the Event.
2. HEALTH & ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE
I represent that I am physically able to participate safely in the activities I choose to take part in. I understand that I am responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for me and that I may stop participating at any time.
For participants under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian signing below represents that the minor is able to participate in the Event.
3. RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless All-Love Club, LLC / All-Love Racquet Club, Jordan, Nike, Inc., the Event venue, and their respective affiliates, partners, sponsors, organizers, hosts, DJs, employees, contractors, coaches, instructors, volunteers, vendors, photographers, videographers, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims arising out of or relating to my voluntary participation in or attendance at the Event, except to the extent such claims cannot legally be waived.
This release includes claims relating to ordinary negligence, personal injury, illness, property damage, loss or theft arising in connection with the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
4. MEDICAL TREATMENT
If I am injured or become ill during the Event and I am unable to provide instructions, I authorize Event personnel to obtain reasonable emergency medical assistance on my behalf.
I understand that the Released Parties do not guarantee the availability of medical personnel or treatment and that I remain responsible for medical expenses incurred on my behalf or on behalf of my minor child, except where otherwise required by law.
5. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE
I understand that photography, video, audio and other content may be captured during the Event.
I grant All-Love Racquet Club, Jordan/Nike, and their respective affiliates, partners and authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, record and otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice and participation at the Event.
I authorize these materials to be used, edited, reproduced, published and distributed for promotional, editorial, advertising, social media, digital, internal and other lawful purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation to me.
I understand that I will not have the right to inspect or approve the finished content before its use.
6. PERSONAL PROPERTY
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings while attending the Event. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be waived.
7. EVENT RULES & CONDUCT
I agree to follow reasonable instructions from Event organizers, coaches, staff and venue personnel and to conduct myself in a manner that does not create an unreasonable safety risk for myself or others.
I understand that Event organizers may limit or discontinue my participation if my conduct creates a safety concern, substantially disrupts the Event or violates Event or venue rules.
8. MINORS
If the participant is under 18, I certify that I am the participant’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf.
I give permission for the minor to participate in Event activities, acknowledge the risks associated with those activities, authorize emergency medical assistance as described above, and grant the photo, video and media permissions described in this agreement on behalf of the minor.
9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver before signing it. I understand that this agreement includes an assumption of risk, release of liability and media consent and that I am agreeing to these terms voluntarily.
If any provision of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
