We're beginner friendly and all paces are welcome (walking too!). Minis and pups are welcome (the trail is stroller friendly).&#x20;

By participating in Lover Girl Run Club events, I acknowledge that running, workouts, and related activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. Risks may include but are not limited to: falls, collisions, muscle strains, heat-related illness, equipment injuries, weather/terrain hazards, and incidents related to my own health or physical condition. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I release and hold harmless Lover Girl Run Club, its officers, members, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and venue owners from any claims, damages, or liability for injuries, losses, or death arising from participation in these events, whether on or off the premises. I confirm I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions preventing safe involvement.

I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used in promotional materials. This waiver is binding under Texas law.
