Lovers & Friends is happening at @theduosculpt on Friday, February 7th!
Join us for a spicy, feel-good Pilates class set to 2000s throwbacks, followed by time to hang, take pics, and connect with good people and good energy.
This first session is all about movement, vibes, and starting your weekend on a high.
Session 1 Schedule:
Check-in: 1:30 PM
Class: 1:45–2:30 PM
Social hour + pics: 2:30–3:15 PM
