Join us for our weekly Saturday long run, built for runners of all paces and experience levels. This is about community, consistency, and enjoying long, easy miles together — not speed.

✨ Route Options:
	•	Main Loop: 5 miles
	•	Double It Up: 10 miles (two loops)
	•	Shorter Option: A 2-mile loop for those who just want to join in, get some miles in, and gradually work their way up to the 5-mile distance.

Whether you’re aiming for double digits or simply starting out with a shorter loop, there’s a place for you here. Pace will be easy and conversational, keeping true to the name: Long, Slow, Distance.
