Until our opening, we will be hosting an event per month! This first one will be extra special because it will be small & intimate. Two back-to-back classes -- one at 10:30am and another at 12:30pm, with space between to chat & poll you all about things you'd like to see at Lucky Moves! Plus you will get some Lucky merch and goodies! PLEASE WEAR GREENS, BROWN, OR WHITE FOR LUCKY!

Pilates

By purchasing a ticket to any Lucky Moves LLC event (the “Event”), you (the “Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms below. Completing your ticket purchase constitutes your acceptance of this waiver and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a ticket or attend.
1. Assumption of Risk
Lucky Moves LLC events involve mat-based Pilates and related physical exercise. Participant understands that physical activity of this kind carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, joint injury, and falls, and in rare cases more serious injury. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown.
2. Health & Fitness Representation
Participant represents that they are physically able to take part and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. Participant agrees to consult a physician before attending if they have any doubt, and to stop and notify the instructor if they feel unwell or experience pain during the Event.
3. Release & Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant releases and holds harmless Lucky Moves LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of participation in the Event, including those caused by ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Photo & Video Release
Participant grants Lucky Moves LLC permission to photograph and record the Event and to use such images and video for promotional purposes, including on social media and other marketing channels, without compensation. If you prefer not to appear, please notify the instructor before the Event begins.
5. Governing Law
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the parent/guardian accepting on behalf of a participating minor) and that you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any minor in your care.
