GIGI’S NYC x LULULEMON
Sculpt & Shop (Yoga Sculpt) Waiver & Release of Liability

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to yoga sculpt, strength training, and group exercise, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strain, falls, equipment-related injuries, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with these activities.

2. Health & Fitness Confirmation
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this class and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in physical activity if I have any concerns.

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Gigi’s NYC and Lululemon, along with their respective owners, employees, instructors, contractors, partners, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Facility & Equipment Use
I understand that this event takes place in a retail environment. I agree to move with awareness and care, and to use any provided equipment safely and as instructed.

5. Personal Property
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings. I release Gigi’s NYC and Lululemon from any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Photography & Media Release
I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event. I grant permission to Gigi’s NYC and its partners to use this content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Code of Conduct
I agree to conduct myself respectfully toward all participants, staff, and the space. I understand that unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

8. No Refund Policy
I understand that all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.

9. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver in full and understand its terms. I am agreeing it freely and voluntarily and intend for it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
