On Saturday, March 28, we’re bringing together Miami’s wellness community for a high-energy event designed to get your body moving and your spirit lifted. Expect an immersive lineup of guided workouts, a curated wellness marketplace, and a community of like-minded individuals ready to sweat, stretch, and celebrate movement together.

From energizing strength sessions to refreshing pool-based fitness and grounding yoga, each class is led by experienced coaches who bring their unique style and passion to the experience.
