**FORGE** is Löyly’s men’s circle—a space for men who are redefining what strength actually means. Not performance. Not posturing. But nervous-system regulation, emotional honesty, and embodied leadership.



### **FORGE is for Regulation, Presence & Support**

Hosted by **Dion** and led by **Gerardo Milano**, this circle is designed to help men build practical tools for nervous system regulation and resilience.

This month will be incorporating insights from the film “Awakening Mind” exploring consciousness and purpose. 

Through guided conversation, breathwork, and contrast therapy, you’ll learn how to ground yourself, reset under pressure, and navigate the everyday stressors of modern life with more steadiness and clarity.

This is an experience for men who want to feel more connected—to themselves and to others—and who are ready to practice strength as presence, not perfection.

This is integrative work: embodied, reflective, and rooted in shared learning and connection.



### **What to Expect:**

This is not a lecture.
Not a workout.
Not group therapy.

It’s a container—a focused, intentional environment where men can drop masks, regulate their nervous systems, and connect without competition.

* Sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy to anchor the work physically
