As **MADabolic – The Strength Gym** builds out its 2nd location inside **The Ion District** (opening early 2026), we’re kicking things off with **FREE outdoor MADabolic workouts** on the Ion Patio!

**📅 When:** Saturdays | 9:00–10:00 AM
**📍 Where:** The Ion Plaza, look for the **MADabolic Tent & Table / FREE** 3 hours parking in **Red Lot**
**💪 Who:** All fitness levels welcome (class capped at 25 participants)
**💥 Cost:** Free to train or just come out and connect
**🔥 What:** A strength-driven, interval-based group workout led by certified MADabolic coaches
