Madhouse Farm Nights | Vendor Mini Market

Madhouse Farm Nights: Mini Market 🌾

Join us Wednesday evenings at Madhouse Farm for our weekly Farm Night!

We’re opening a small vendor market inside the barn with only 10 vendor spots available each week.

Vendor Fee: $20
Time: Wednesdays | 6–8 PM
Location: Madhouse Farm | Mercedes, TX
Vendor Spots: 10 max

Farm Nights are free and open to the public, with families coming out to walk Red Bird Lane, explore the farm, shop the nursery, enjoy horseback rides and spend the evening outside.

Vendor Info

Your $20 ticket reserves one vendor space inside the barn for that Wednesday.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own:

• Table
• Chairs
• Displays/signage
• Payment method
• Anything needed for their setup

Spaces are first come, first served within the designated vendor area. Please keep your setup compact and contained to your assigned space.

Setup begins at 5:00 PM and vendors should be completely ready by 5:45 PM.

Farm Night runs from 6:00–8:00 PM.

Before Booking

Please make sure your business/products are a good fit for a family-friendly farm environment.

Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Booking is for the date selected only.

Submitting payment secures your vendor spot. Because we are keeping the market intentionally small, only 10 vendors will be accepted per Wednesday.
