Just a little thank you to all the mamas who keep showing up, supporting, and growing this community with me. I’m grateful for you all.&#x20;



We’ll be at Veterans Park, Miami Lakes for a free Mommy + Me Pilates class, a slow morning al aire libre to move our bodies, breathe, and be with our babies and each other.



Please bring a mat 🤍



After class, quédate 🫶🏼 bring a picnic blanket, algo de picar, and stay for picnic and community time. No rush, just a soft slow morning together.



All mamas welcome, cualquier etapa de la maternidad. Babies can crawl, nap, nurse, play, just be little 🤍
