Wave Fusion Fitness offers dynamic fusion-based movement classes, including Dance Fitness, Strength Training, and Barre Fusion, along with special Mama & Mini movement pop-ups designed for caregivers and children. All classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible—no prior dance experience is required. We proudly welcome participants of all levels.

Our Mama\&Mini classes are a fun way to workout while enjoying light movement with your baby or mini (toddlers welcome!). Your baby is used as a gentle, playful added weight!

LIABILITY WAIVER FORM
I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible bodily injury. Despite reasonable precautions being executed, accidents and 
injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and/or parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Wave Fusion Fitness I/we agree to release and hold harmless Wave Fusion Fitness including its teachers, instructors, dancers, staff members, volunteers, board and advisory members
and facilities used by the entity from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Wave Fusion Fitness liable for any personal 
injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes and performances. Furthermore, I/we agree to adhere to the class and facility rules and assume full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to 
any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Wave Fusion Fitness I understand that Wave Fusion Fitness is a licensed and insured organization. 
In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes and performances, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Artistic Director, Executive Director, instructor or a staff member as 
soon as reasonably possible.
I give permission to Wave Fusion Fitness to publish photographs and/or video taken of me and/or my minor child during participation in Wave Fusion Fitness programs, 
performances and events in Wave Fusion Fitness printed materials, Facebook page and website. 
I acknowledge that I/we will not receive financial compensation or rights of ownership.
